We were tasked with moving elite competitions away from mass broadcast SMS into their database, which were costly and ineffective, to using WhatsApp broadcast messaging, a cheaper alternative with much better analytics.

We also set up and run a WhatsApp channel for elite competitions, enabling them to connect with their audience in an effective manner on the platform in order to better market their online competitions.
